Certificate II in Business
Overview
This course has been designed to provide students with an introduction to the office environment and is particularly suited to those without extensive computer and/or office experience.
The course will provide participants with skills for effective communication, sound teamwork, competent use of business technology, accurate processing of financial documents and efficient information handling. This course delivers foundation knowledge and skills required to enter employment as a clerical or administrative worker across all industries.

Those who wish to take the first step into the business world and are seeking an entry-level career such as clerical or administrative assistants in offices.
Course Outcomes

Course Structure
A total of 12 units of competency must be completed.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
A formal process for recognising skills and knowledge, RPL takes into account previous studies you may have completed as well as life and work experiences. You may be granted credits or exemptions for some units in this course.

Qualifications and Recognition
Upon successful completion of this course students will receive a Certificate II in Business.
