Certificate III in Business (Frontline Management)

Overview

Frontline managers play a vital role in coordinating today’s organisations.  This course was developed in response to a need throughout Australia for Managers with well-developed communication skills to front all businesses and industries – from trade to financial organisations. Frontline Managers need to be able to manage both their own performance and that of others as well as the important operations relating to their work. The leadership and management skills essential for this role are the main focus of the course.

Designed for

Individuals with operational responsibilities who are participants and contributors to a workgroup or team.

Course Outcomes

This course will provide participants with the knowledge and skill to:

·         Build effective and powerful teams

·         Manage quality customer service

·         Manage workplace relations while planning and managing outcomes

·         Communicate effectively

·         Support a workplace learning environment

Course Structure

      A total of 6 units of competency must be completed.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

A formal process for recognising skills and knowledge, RPL takes into account previous studies you may have completed as well as life and work experiences. You may be granted credits or exemptions for some units in this course.

Qualifications and Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course students will receive a Certificate III in Business (Frontline Management).

This qualification is recognised nationally under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
